It runs phishing and QRishing simulations, trains each person based on their behavior and measures who concentrates risk. An AI agent decides each employee's next intervention, and a Whalemate analyst runs the program alongside your team. **How is it different from a traditional awareness program?** Traditional awareness trains everyone the same way and tracks who finished the course. Human risk management measures who keeps falling for simulations, prioritizes those people and assigns them the content and difficulty they need. You move from reporting completed courses to reporting real risk. **How much work does it take from the security team?** Very little. Your team sets the criteria; the agent continuously adjusts simulations and training, and an account analyst builds the annual plan, manages campaigns and runs follow-ups with you. Nothing to install on endpoints. **How is impact measured?** With risk scores by person, team and company, performance on simulations over time, repeat clicks and threat reporting rate. You get visibility from the first campaigns, and everything can be exported as evidence for audits and leadership. **Does it replace the awareness program we already have?** It can replace it or work alongside it: if you already use an LMS, courses can be exported in SCORM format.
