Cookie policy
This page lists what the public site loads in the browser: cookies, local storage and third-party scripts. It does not cover a customer console or cookies an IdP sets when signing into the contracted platform.
Last updated: 2026-09-01. Inventory aligned to the site HTML and scripts. Pending legal review.
What is on the public site today
There is no consent banner because the inventory is short and described here. If an advertising pixel or a remarketing cookie is added, this page and the banner are updated before deployment. We do not claim “there are no pixels” if measurement or an embed that uses them is present.
Theme preference (light/dark) and, when it applies, language: stored in the browser’s localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie. They keep the UI from resetting on every visit. You can delete them from browser tools.
Google Tag Manager
The Google Tag Manager (GTM) container is in the site HTML. GTM may set Google’s own cookies according to the tags published in that container (measurement, conversion). Whalemate does not use that channel for an advertising-network pixel of our own other than what is configured in GTM. Google’s cookie detail is in Google’s policies. If you disable GTM or block scripts from googletagmanager.com / google-analytics.com, that measurement does not run.
Fillout forms
Demo, contact and application forms are embedded with Fillout. When the embed opens, Fillout may set technical session, security and, depending on its setup, fraud cookies. That data goes to the form controller (Whalemate) to answer the request. Fillout publishes its own policy. The embed iframe is not painted in the initial HTML: it loads when the React island hydrates, so the first byte is not an indexable empty frame.
Voice assistant and lemlist
The Fede widget, when visible, loads ElevenLabs scripts. It may use browser storage for the voice session. Recording and processing of that conversation are in the assistant terms, not in this marketing cookie list.
On capture pages, a lemlist script may run for outbound-campaign attribution. That tag, if present, is campaign measurement, not a display pixel. It is documented here so this page does not contradict the HTML.
How to control them
Browser: block third-party cookies, clear localStorage, or use a script blocker. Whalemate does not ship its own toggle besides this transparency because no CMP is deployed. If you need form data erased, write to privacidad@whalemate.com. That does not turn GTM off on your current visit.
Changes
The date at the foot of this page is the last inventory. A change of GTM container, form vendor or voice widget requires updating this text in the same release.
