Terms of use
This site informs about the Whalemate platform and lets you request a demo, contact, partnership or application. Customer use of the platform is governed by the subscription contract and, where applicable, the DPA, not by these terms.
Last updated: 2026-09-01. Model text pending legal review.
Scope
These terms cover whalemate.com and the /en/ and /br/ locales. They do not cover a customer console or the Fede voice assistant (that channel has its own page). If marketing copy conflicts with a signed contract, the contract wins.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit false information, interfere with its operation, extract content systematically (bulk scraping, form harvesting) or impersonate Whalemate. Marks, design, screenshots and copy belong to Whalemate or its licensors. Customer logos in the marquee are shown with brand permission; they grant no right to use them outside this page.
Forms and demos
Submitting a form does not create a contract, does not book a meeting by itself and does not mean commercial fit is closed. The confirmation page only shows the submission arrived. Prices, timelines, scope and discounts, if any, live in a written proposal. The voice assistant, if you use it, cannot bind Whalemate: see Fede’s terms.
Published content
Case studies, figures and compliance mappings are published in good faith and only when the material is validated. Regulatory mapping is indicative and is not legal advice. If a webinars or reports grid is empty, it is empty: it is not filled to occupy space. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the own certification we declare in the Trust Center. SOC 2 is not there. There is no endpoint agent.
Third-party accounts
Demo and contact forms are served via Fillout. The voice widget, when present, runs on ElevenLabs. Site measurement, when active, uses Google Tag Manager. Those vendors have their own terms. Whalemate does not control a one-off failure of a third-party embed.
Limitation
The site is offered “as is”, with reasonable effort to keep it available. We do not warrant zero downtime, nor that marketing content matches the product version of a given tenant. The commercial relationship starts when a proposal is accepted and a contract is signed.
