Cybersecurity compliance

The same program covers cybersecurity compliance: audit-ready evidence, measured behavior and a sustainable culture. ISO 27001, PCI DSS 12.6 and local frameworks — without selling an “ISO course” as a certification.

Compliance
How it works

From compliance to real risk management

Complies

Organizes role-based training, generates participation evidence, and produces audit-ready reports.

Measures

Turns training and simulations into behavioral data: who maintains a high-risk profile and requires intervention.

Manages

With that visibility, the program stops being an annual obligation and becomes continuous human risk management.

Evidence, traceability and reports

Programs by role
and risk level

Training adapted to finance, legal, leadership, IT, and operations.

Audit-ready
evidence

Record of users, completed content, simulations, and behavioral evolution.

Automated
reports

Metrics and findings for internal audits, compliance, and leadership.

Campaign
traceability

Tracking from planning to final adoption evidence.

Continuous
training

Adaptive reinforcement based on simulations and incidents, not tied to the audit calendar.

Alignment with
internal policies

Support for corporate frameworks and regional requirements.

FRAMEWORKS & REGULATIONS

Frameworks and regulations

Compatible with the most relevant regulatory frameworks in the region, without being limited to them.

  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 2
  • LGPD
  • Ley 29733
  • Regulaciones BCRA
  • Ley 1581
  • PCI DSS
  • NIST CSF
  • Ley Federal de Protección de Datos

Beyond mandatory compliance

Compliance is the starting point. Organizations that adopt Whalemate to meet regulations end up with actionable visibility, adaptive simulations, and continuous training that reduces real incidents.

Program capabilities

Certificates

PDF certificates

Evidence that a course was taken. Complements the policy-acceptance record. Not Whalemate’s ISO badge: it is your roster’s proof.

Trails

Audit log (courses and admin)

Who took a course and who changed a permission. Export the period for the auditor without building the folder the night before.

Compliance

Awareness evidence you can export

The auditor asks for a program. The CISO asks not to build a folder of screenshots the night before. This module orders the trail, the frameworks, and the reports.

The compliance conversation is not won with a forty-minute certificate. It is won with a period, a roster, an assignment, and an outcome you can show. The platform consolidates participation, simulations, index evolution, and reports ready for internal audit, compliance, and leadership. The data is traced. When the auditor asks for “2026 awareness,” you do not build a ZIP of captures. You export.

The frameworks organizations already cite — ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS 12.6, local data rules, the cyber-insurance questionnaire — ask for similar things under different names. The module certifies no one. It maps the work of the program to that question: did it exist, whom did it cover, what happened? Industry detail is under solutions. Here is the habit: reusable evidence, not one folder per rule.

Reports export. Scope is declared: which population, which dates, which campaigns. Compliance can cut. Leadership can see the aggregated version. Legal can ask for the DPA when the data travels. What we do not do is sell “we fulfill X” as a toggle. Whalemate declares ISO/IEC 27001:2022 as its own certification. The rest of the frameworks are yours. The module gives you raw material, not the opinion.

What the auditor takes

Trail, frameworks, and a file you can send

Three pieces. If one is missing, the folder becomes handmade again.

Audit evidence

Participation, assignments, simulation results, and training progress, by period. The trail says who was on the roster. It is not a sworn statement from the CISO. It is the program log. The auditor…

Frameworks the organization already uses

ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS 12.6, LGPD, local rules, customer questionnaires. The module is not a GRC. It is the evidence for the human layer those frameworks ask for. Fine mapping by sector is on each…

Exportable reports

PDF, Excel, or API depending on what the process asks for. The executive sees aggregates. Compliance sees the cut. The file can be attached to the audit pack. You do not have to “take screenshots.”…

Questions about compliance and evidence

Does Whalemate make me ISO- or PCI-compliant?
No. It produces evidence aligned to those asks. Compliance belongs to your organization and your auditor. The certification we declare for ourselves is ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Mixing that badge with yours would be a false claim. The module exists so you do not arrive at the audit with an empty folder.
Can I export a specific period for the auditor?
Yes. The report is cut by dates, population, and activity type. That is the module’s job. The demo shows the format. We do not preview a sample report with figures that look like your account.
Does evidence include contractors and stores?
It includes whoever is on the synced roster. If the contractor or the store is not in the directory, there is no magic. Scope is declared. An honest report is better than inflated coverage. Integrations explains how the roster enters.
Do you keep evidence for as long as my rule requires?
Retention of employee data is agreed in the DPA. The Trust Center describes the current conservation criterion. If your rule asks for a different period, that is discussed in the contract. We do not publish a “we keep it forever” or a marketing-invented term.
Does the report work for a cyber-insurance or customer questionnaire?
It works as an awareness and measurement attachment. It is not an endorsement or a SOC 2. The broker or the customer interprets. You send the file. We do not complete the questionnaire for you or promise a lower premium.
