The Awareness Agent that runs the program

The Awareness Agent continuously analyzes and adjusts simulations, training, and analytics, with no manual intervention from the security team.

How it works

What the Awareness Agent does

Observes

Analyzes real-time behavior: simulations, courses, recurrence patterns, and risk profile evolution.

Decides

Determines the most relevant intervention: when to simulate, what content to activate, which vulnerability to prioritize.

Acts

Adjusts simulations, activates content, or generates alerts automatically.

AI Agent

Reinforce the habit at the right moment

The agent accompanies each employee: it answers questions, flags risk signals and celebrates progress. No lectures, no spam.

What no campaign does without the Agent

Continuous behavioral profiling

Builds and updates each user's risk profile from real behavior.

Dynamic difficulty
adjustment

Increases or reduces simulation complexity based on individual evolution.

Real-time
intervention

Activates content, alerts or campaign changes without waiting for the next planning cycle.

Vulnerability anticipation

Identifies recurrence patterns and high-risk profiles before they become incidents.

Actionable recommendations

Generates clear signals so the security team knows where to intervene and who to prioritize.

INTEGRATION

No friction. No new tools.

Connects with Slack, Teams, and the tools your team already uses. Intervenes at the moment of risk, available in multiple languages for organizations with distributed teams across LATAM.

Grupos inteligentes del agente de concientización
Awareness agent

The intelligence layer that connects simulations, training, and analytics

It is not a news chatbot. It is not automation for automation’s sake. It is the layer that makes the three modules work as an adaptive system on each person.

Three tools, one system

Without the agent, the program is three tools: a campaign, a course, a dashboard. The security team connects them by hand. With the Agent, each user’s behavior feeds the next decision: which simulation, which reinforcement, which priority in the index. It reads history, adjusts channel, difficulty, and frequency, and anticipates where risk is concentrating. The team sets rules. It stops building every send. That is what makes scale possible without an awareness factory.

It orchestrates — it does not chat

The layer cuts across the three modules. On simulations, it picks scenario and timing for that profile. On training, it fires the content that matches the error — not the month’s pack. On analytics, it turns the signal into a recommendation security can accept or not. Chat in Spanish and English and presence in Slack or Teams are surfaces. The engine is not the conversation: it is the orchestration. Anyone looking for an FAQ widget has the wrong product.

What the Agent does not do

What the Agent does not do also has to be said. It does not punish. It does not write to the directory. It does not install software on the endpoint. It does not replace the CISO or the analyst. It replaces the mechanical work of “this list, this email, this course.” If the program has no rules, the Agent does not invent a strategy. If the roster is not synced, it does not guess headcount. Intelligence on a living system — not magic on a spreadsheet.

What it connects

Three modules, one decision layer

The value is not “having an agent.” It is stopping the program from being operated as three separate contracts.

Simulations that are not blasting

The Agent reads history and sends the campaign that matches that profile: channel, scenario, difficulty. Treasury and the store do not get the same lure on the same day just because. If the person…

Training at the moment of the error

Reinforcement fires on the signal, not on L&D’s calendar. Content follows the type of error. High risk does not wait for the quarterly course. Low risk does not get noise. L&D still sees coverage…

Analytics that recommends, not only paints

The index is not a traffic light for the QBR photo. The Agent uses that signal to propose what to simulate and what to reinforce. The analyst prioritizes. Leadership sees evolution. Nobody gets a…

Questions about the awareness agent

Is the Agent a chatbot?
It has conversation surfaces — chat in Spanish and English, Slack, Teams — but it is not “a news bot.” It is the layer that orchestrates simulations, training, and analytics. If all you need is a questions channel, cheaper tools exist. If you need the program to adjust itself, this is the layer.
Does it replace the awareness team?
It replaces mechanical work, not judgment. Security still sets rules, thresholds, and exceptions. People still owns the roster and the communication. The Agent does not build the relationship with leadership or the story for the auditor. It scales what they already decided.
Does it make decisions nobody sees?
It operates inside the rules the administrator configures. Actions stay in the system: sends, assignments, priority changes. It is not a marketing black box. The demo walks what is configured and what stays visible. If an organization wants a human approval on every send, that is discussed in implementation.
Does it write to our Active Directory or install an agent?
No. It reads the roster with a read permission. It does not install software on the endpoint. The architecture is under integrations: API, SSO, SCIM. If a tender asks for “no agent,” that is the answer. The name “Awareness Agent” is the product’s intelligence layer — not a binary on the laptop.
Does it work if we only buy one module?
The Agent exists to connect the system. With a single module there are fewer signals and less orchestration. You can start narrow; the layer’s value appears when simulation, training, and the index talk to each other. We do not sell the Agent as a chat add-on disconnected from the program.
