Cybersecurity talks: a session the team understands, with real lead times
We speak in front of your people, not in front of the crisis committee. We publish the lead times: three months for in-person, two for online. Enterprise includes two per year.
How we book without improvising the week before
Industry, language, room or call size, and which risks can already be named. Without a brief the session becomes generic and we do not promise it as adapted.
In person with three months; online with two. We confirm a facilitator and, if there is travel, logistics. The Enterprise quota is two per year; a third is quoted.
We send the agenda beforehand. The session is not a recorded product: it is an hour (or the agreed block) with questions. It is not a tabletop and not a committee drill.
We leave a summary and, if it was asked, attendance evidence. Habit continues in the training module, not in a PDF of the talk.
Why the talk still exists if the platform already has courses
Because there are moments when the program needs a voice in the room: kickoff, the aftermath of an incident that was already communicated, People asking “have someone speak to them”. The LMS does not cover that date. The training module…
What you get
A session with a real date and a close-out People can file, not a tentative webinar.
Adapted agenda
Topics and examples from that industry, in the language of the room. Not a global pack with the logo swapped.
In-person or online session
A facilitator on the published date with the three- or two-month lead time. In Enterprise, up to two per year according to the table.
Room for questions
The value of the room: what the course does not answer live. It is not a committee drill.
Summary and evidence
For People and for the program. Ongoing training stays on the platform, not on the recording — if legal even allows recording.
What we need from you
A date that respects the lead time: three months if we have to travel or stand in an auditorium; two if it is online. A People or communications owner who convenes and who knows… Also clarity that this is not the tabletop. If the CISO wants the board in a crisis at the table, that is another page. If they want an attack, so is that. Here we ask for a room…
How it fits the quota and training
The talk does not replace the module’s courses. It is a milestone. In Enterprise the quota is two per year; the rest of the habit is carried by training assigned by behavior. Anyone who uses the two talks as the only…
